Recently, Partner Juan Ruiz and Associate Aaron Eagan of our Orlando office took on a case arising out of a car accident occurring at an intersection in Lake County. Throughout the four-day jury trial, Juan and Aaron showcased their mastery of personal injury litigation, and Juan exemplified why he’s been named among “The Best Lawyers in America” in this category of the law.
After the Court granted a directed verdict in our client’s favor on the issue of future medical bills, the jury returned a complete defense verdict.
