John E. McLain III is a Shareholder of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan, P.A. who concentrates his practice on Workers’ Compensation Insurance Defense. Mr. McLain has been named as “Lawyer of the Year” for Orlando Workers’ Compensation–Defendants (2020) and has been selected to the Best Lawyers in America (2013, 2014, 2016-2022). He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and served as a member of the Workers Compensation Rules Committee (2013-2016).
