Biography

Kendall Griesse is a Liability Associate in the Orlando office of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan, P.A., where her practice focuses primarily on Premises and Medical Malpractice defense. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Behavioral Healthcare from the University of South Florida in 2018 and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2021. While at law school, Kendall earned a coveted spot as a member of Stetson’s nationally-ranked Moot Court Board, was an active member of the Executive Board for the Florida Association for Women Lawyers at Stetson, and served as an editor of the Journal of International Wildlife Law and Policy. During all three years of law school, she clerked for several law firms in the Tampa Bay area, gaining exposure to a variety of different practice areas including mass tort litigation, criminal defense, criminal appeals, and family law.

How I resolve

I believe the best defense starts with developing an understanding of both the unique facts of a given case and the objectives of the client. I pride myself on knowing the ins and outs of a case file just as well as I know the goals and needs of the client entrusting me to handle that file on their behalf.
