Meredith M. Stephens

Meredith Stephens is a civil trial attorney representing healthcare companies, grocery stores, hotels, timeshares, construction companies, and insurance carriers. Meredith’s unbridled passion for the law, effective communication skills, creative legal strategizing, and strong relationships define her practice. Her oral arguments demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the law and the details of her case. Meredith prides herself on having obtained ten summary judgment dismissals and six dismissals for fraud on the Court in her career. She has been named among the “Best Lawyers in America”- Insurance Law (2022).

In 2005, Meredith graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University before attending law school at the University of Florida. She passed the bar in August 2008 and immediately found a home at Rissman. She has remained at Rissman for nearly 14 years, obtaining partnership status in 2015.
